Iztrazals are a small, shelled zarn found ubiquitously throughout Ryshael. They have a reputation as a pest, as they are not afraid of civilization and can often be found coming right into homes to take scraps or to steal small morsels of food they find. Those with a sensitivity to magic quickly learned that the Iztrazal makes an excellent familiar. The Iztrazal allows a caster to increase the damage of their spells, making them highly sought after by Spirit Casters, especially those who ply their trade in mercenary work.
