Tarch is a skilled assassin working the mean streets of the cities of the League of Thormenal. He is a Symker native of the League and knows its workings and politics well. He will also join up with a freeband from time to time to see more of the greater world and stay one step ahead of the City Watch. It is rumored he has a strange and dangerous relationship with fate, and all sorts of stories abound with Tarch at their center.
